November 18, 2009 at the New Hampshire Statehouse in Concord, Governor Lynch signed the annual Thanksgiving Proclamation.
New Hampshire Mayflower Society Governor Dean Dexter of Concord, drew up the wording, and Deputy Governor John Payzant of
New Castle, and Captain Heather Rojo of Londonderry, were present for the photo and handshake in the Executive Chambers.
